Score Analysis with Andrew
“Study the score!” We bet you’ve heard this many times over. It’s great advice, but how do you go about it? What are you looking for and how does it translate to your performance of the piece? Andrew Sandwick, bass clarinetist of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, will be taking you through the score of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Clarinet Quintet, and demonstrating how he translates this score into his performance.
